I have been working for years on reconstructing the deontic landscape of Mīmāṃsā, but at this point I realise that “landscape” might be a misleading metaphor.
In fact, Mīmāṃsā authors were not just describing a natural scenario. They engineered a highly sophisticated system, with bridges connecting different actions and sewage systems to get rid of unwanted left-overs.
That’s why even though new Mīmāṃsā authors might change the flag on the top of the hill (as Maṇḍana did with his iṣṭasādhanatā enterprise) or some particular aspect here and there, they were cautious not to jeopardise such a carefully engineered system.
For instance, when it comes to subordination, the only real options are Kumārila’s viniyoga system and Prabhākara’s upādāna. Other authors substantially follow the one or the other.
However what you said may be from your viewpoint, but
Kumaril Batta & Prabhakar
too denoted third aspect to end up Karma_Bandhan & its resultant Viniyog as “ADRISHTA” carried forward in next Birth, what they suggested instead is : TO BRING IN ADVAITA VEDANTA CONCEPT TO SELF-REALIZE _ THE BEST ALTERNATIVE THAN OTHER SYSTEM OF VEDAS & VEDANTA” __ DEAR ELISHA !!! YOU GOT THIS 👉
POINT…I think this is the best for the mankind to get rid of All Ailments One’s body has to suffer with Karma_Bandhan. It is best way to get Liberated, salvated, emancipated from Karma_Bandhan. No Karma_Bandhan No Birth in Universe in Any Form. TOTAL LIBERATION AND NO REBIRTH ON PLANET EARTH OR UNIVERSE ANY WHERE IN ANY FORM.
THIS IS WHAT SPOKEN BY ADI SHANKRACHARYA ADVAITA DARSHN!!!

Please do not discard the deontic landscape of Mīmāṃsā in your reconstruction of that system because Mīmāṃsakas may have re-engineered their highly sophisticated system with bridges connecting different actions and sewage systems to get rid of unwanted left-overs but without abandoning its deontic landscape?.
By the way, reading your highly original reconstruction of the deontic landscape of Mīmāṃsā, I was also comparing it with the equally ancient and complex Harappan landscape.
